That not the one in CT is it ??? I've had the clutch freeze a few times - I wound up freeing it by going forward and reverse a few times - you could use the loader to dig a bit - just don't run it into anything solid with a lot of traction under the wheels. Been there done that - it gets nasty. After freeing it , I would also change the lube in the steering box - and make sure it stays full esp. on a loader tractor.
